Amber Rhodes joined BLX over 22 years ago and is currently a Managing Director in our Dallas office. Her primarily responsibilities are reviewing arbitrage rebate analyses as well as mentoring and training Dallas consultants on technical matters.
She supports consultants in identifying the optimal methodology for various arbitrage rebate and yield restriction calculations, as well as expenditure exception analyses. During her review of annual arbitrage rebate analyses, Amber confirms that each report accurately reflects the investment records and that the computations and methodologies are in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prior to joining BLX, she gained three years of arbitrage rebate compliance experience as a consultant at First Southwest Company in their arbitrage rebate department.
