Robin Schlimgen is a Managing Director with over 34 years of arbitrage rebate services experience. As head of BLX’s Phoenix office and a veteran in the post-issuance compliance field, she has conducted technical reviews for a wide variety of financings while coordinating workflow to ensure timely delivery.
Robin has prepared or overseen the production of hundreds of complex arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance reports. She regularly provides training on the post-issuance monitoring requirements and regulations for municipal market participants and regional associations.
Prior to joining BLX, Robin gained foundational expertise in the arbitrage rebate services group of Ernst and Young (E&Y) where she served as Senior Manager in charge of the Arizona practice for 16 years. During her tenure at E&Y, she was responsible for the oversight of its Arizona rebate practice.
